REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

1. Return Eligibility
   ● We accept return requests in the following situations: Requests are made within 14 days of receipt
   ● The product is in new condition and has not been assembled/used
   ● Keep the original packaging and accessories intact
   ● Provide valid proof of purchase
2. Situations where returns are not accepted
   ● The following products are not accepted for return: Special orders with customized sizes/colors
   ● Assembled or used products
   ● Damage caused by improper operation by the customer
   ● Products that have exceeded the return period
3. Return Process
   ● To process a return, please email ferncraft@portableroomscreen.com
   ● Indicate the order number
   ● Wait for our return authorization (RMA number)
   ● Return the product as instructed
4. Refund Processing
   ● Processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
   ● Refunds will be returned to the original payment account
   ● Original shipping costs are not refundable (except for product quality issues)
5. Exchange Policy
   ●If you need to exchange goods: apply within 7 days of receiving the goods
   ●Provide the specific product number to be replaced
   ●The customer bears the round-trip shipping costs (except for quality problems)
   ●The inventory status of the exchange is subject to confirmation
6. Return shipping costs
   ●Return due to customer reasons: The customer bears the return shipping costs
   ●Return due to quality problems: We bear the return shipping costs
7. Handling of defective products
   ●If you receive damaged goods: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours
   ●Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
   ●We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund
8. Description of large items
   ●Folding screens are large items
   ●It is recommended to return them in the original packaging materials
   ●Professional logistics services may be required
