Installation and use
Q: Does the screen need professional installation?
A: All screens are designed to be ready for use and come with detailed installation instructions. Large sizes (>2m) are recommended to be installed by two people.
Q: Can the screen be used outdoors?
A: Standard products are for indoor use only. We have a dedicated outdoor series, please check the “Outdoor Solutions” category.
Order delivery
Q: How long will it take to ship after placing an order?
A: In-stock items are shipped within 2 working days, and customized products require an additional 5 working days to produce.
Q: How are large items shipped?
A: We use professional furniture logistics and will call to confirm the delivery time before delivery. Surcharges may be incurred in remote areas.

Q: What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
A: Keep all packaging materials, take photos and send them to ferncraft@portableroomscreen.com within 48 hours, and we will handle it quickly.
Q: Can it be returned or exchanged?
A: We accept unconditional returns and exchanges within 14 days (unopened), except for customized products. See the return policy for details.
